- 8 Hours of Coverage
- Engagement Session
This package will cover most of your wedding day. You will be able to sit back and relax all day because we will have plenty of time to cover from getting ready (a couple hours before your ceremony), first look, your ceremony, portraits, and the first half of your reception.
This is a brief outline of what an 8 hour wedding could look like for you. This is compiled from our knowledge of past weddings we have done and what we know can be covered realistically in 8 hours of the day. This is also based on when we, as your photographer, would start and end. This is also an example if everything, including portraits, is in one location. If you have multiple locations for your venues and portrait ideas, we can go over a more specific timeline with you!
- 12:30 pm: Photographer Start Time. This is when we will start photographing typically your details (dress, shoes, rings, flat lay, etc) and establishing shots of the venue and decor.
- 1:00 pm: We will start photographing you! Typically we will start with the bride to get any great getting ready, getting hair and makeup done, bridesmaids hanging out, etc.
- 2:00 pm: This would be when we move onto the groom if there is only one photographer and one videographer. If you add on a second photographer, we would do this simultaneous to the bride.
- 2:30 pm: Get in your dress.
- 3:00 pm: Get set for your first look and do your first look with your partner! Some portraits after.
- 3:30 pm: Get set for your ceremony
- 4:00 pm: Ceremony Start
- 4:30 pm: Ceremony Exit and sign marriage license
- 5:00 pm: Start Family Portraits
- 5:30 pm: Wedding Party Portraits
- 6:00 pm: Couple Formal Portraits
- 6:30-6:45 pm: Get lined up for your reception entrance
- 7:00 pm: First dance with your partner with back to back dances with father/daughter and mother/son
- 7:30 pm: Dinner is served. Dinner takes a good chunk of time of your reception (even a buffet). I completely recommend that once you and your partner are done eating, go cut your cake.
- 8:00 pm: Cake Cutting (even if dinner is still being served)
- 8:15 pm: Typically when we do sunset photos (depending on the time of year) or other activities.
- 8:30 pm: Photographer End Time
- 6 Hours of Coverage
